It gives strength, power, energetic and more such things and also gives a stable presence of mind. We have concentrated on tides so that we cant fell on water. It gives you many health benefits like it reduce stress, lose weight and more.

4. Tennis

Apart from exercises playing tennis is gives you many health benefits. It can be played by anyone from children to old men/women. It relives your stress and anxiety and more such things.

It gives stamina, stability, flexibility, power, and other benefits. It also helps to lose weight. It generally played on tennis ground and we do run here & there to hit the ball to opponent side.

5. Football

It is one of the most popular sport around the globe that is played by anyone. It gives us many health benefits like it increases your stamina, agility, power and other health benefits.

Apart from watching the football we should also football and we need football & shoes for playing football. It also helps to lose weight, quit smoking and increases your age.
