Arnold Schwarzenegger Know as an Austrian-American politician, actor, filmmaker, and former bodybuilder. His full name is Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger. He was born on 30 July 1947, Thal Austria.
Early Life
His parent’s father Gustav Schwarzenegger and mother Aurelia Jadrny married on 20 October 1945. His father was a local chief of police. according to Arnold, his parents were very strict and he grew up in a catholic family.
Gustav had a preference for his elder son Meinhard over Arnold. Arnold was his biological child but he has a good relationship with his mother so he married his mother. He was a very good student at academics.
He loved to play soccer with his coach. One day his coach take him to the local gym. When he first time saw a gym he was 14. He ha some interest in bodybuilding so, he chooses bodybuilding over soccer.
Bodybuilding Carrer
He started bodybuilding so he workouts for hours n hours. He has aimed for joining bodybuilding contest. When he grew up to 18 so has to join the army. During his army services, he never stopped his workout.
He won Junior Mr. Europe and then he decided to win Mr. Universe. In 1966, he went to America to start his training for the contest and on his second attempt, he became Mr. Universe.
Then he was interested in doing Hollywood movies but he can’t speak English his mother tongue is german. So started learning English but after learning English his English has a german accent.
He gets rejected every time so started working on his accent and acting skills and he was doing great in bodybuilding. In the age of 23, he became the youngest Mr. Olympia and created a world record that is still not beaten.
He also learned meditation from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi to reduce his stress and other problems.
Acting Carrer
He started doing Movies In 1973 he got his first movie “The Long Goodbye” but he has no dialogue in this movie. In 1977 he acted in “Pumping Iron” which is first film(with dialogues) in 1982 he acted in “Conan the Barbarian“.
In 1984 James Cameron offered him “Terminator” by doing this film he started getting popular and thereafter, he has done many actions films like Commando, Raw Deal, Predator, Total Recall and more. and also did comedy movies like Twins, Junior.
Politics Life
He has also interest in politics he wants to do something for the public. So, he became governor of California in 2003 and served for 8 years from 2003-2011.
He did very good things for the public he also runs an Anti-drug Campaign and the other kinds of stuff.
Personal Life
On 26 April 1968 has married Maria Shriver and had five children 3 sons & 2 daughters. Joseph Baena, Katherine Schwarzenegger, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Christopher Schwarzenegger, Christina Schwarzenegger.
Books
Schwarzenegger has also written many books on bodybuilding like “Arnold: The Education of a Bodybuilder” and many more. He also wrote his own Biography “Total Recall” in 2012 and also writes for magazines.
